What do you enjoy doing with your time outside of work?
Going to the theatre (especially musicals).

Tell us something interesting about your family’s Jewish roots.
My grandfather graduated top of his class at NYU law school, but no one would hire him because he was Jewish. He then started his own successful business.

Who is one (or more? up to three?) figures from Jewish text/ history that you would like to meet?
Eli Wiesel, Stephen Sondheim, and Martin Buber.

Who or what inspired you to be a teacher?
After working with children in the slums of Nairobi, a college professor influenced me to become a teacher.
