NICOLE WEISS

Nicole Weiss has been with Beit Rabban as Chief Operating Officer since 2013. She works on all issues related to the administrative side of the school, including financial management, tuition, scholarship support, security, IT, human resources, and facilities. Nicole has worked as an executive in the Jewish community for more than a decade, serving as a member of the administration of Central Synagogue in New York City, the senior manager for year-round programs for Young Judaea, a consultant, program director and department director for the Departments of Youth and Jewish Family Concerns of the Union for Reform Judaism. Holding both BSW and MSW degrees from the University of Texas, Nicole also holds a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Philanthropic Studies. Nicole lives in Harlem with her husband, Brad, and two daughters, Stevie and Jordyn.

What do you enjoy doing with your time outside of work?
I enjoy cooking, walking through different neighborhoods of all 5 boroughs, day trips outside of NYC, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
