Who or what inspired you to be a teacher?
After moving to the United States, I discovered my mission as an educator: to connect children to their Jewish identity and inspire a lifelong love of Israel, the Hebrew language, and Israeli culture. I believe these connections are strongest when they begin at a young age through joyful, meaningful experiences that make Judaism come alive.

What was your proudest accomplishment as a child?
My proudest accomplishment as a child was earning a place on the Israeli National Handball Team. It was the result of years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, and it taught me the value of commitment and teamwork.

Tell us something interesting about your family’s Jewish roots.
One interesting part of my family's Jewish story is that my parents were married in Denmark by Rabbi Melchior. Their wedding reflected both their commitment to Judaism and the resilience of the Jewish people after World War II. Knowing this family history has given me a deep appreciation for Jewish tradition, community, and the importance of passing our heritage on to the next generation.

What is your proudest accomplishment?
One of my proudest accomplishments is founding and leading a Hebrew immersion summer camp. Growing it over the years and creating a fun, meaningful environment where children naturally learn Hebrew through songs, games, stories, and everyday activities has been incredibly rewarding. Seeing campers, families, and staff become part of a warm, connected community, and knowing I've helped foster a lifelong love of the Hebrew language and Israeli culture in so many children is something I'm truly proud of.
