What do you enjoy doing with your time outside of work?
In my free time, I enjoy sewing, weaving, crafting, being with friends, going to the theater, and trying new restaurants.

What do you love most about teaching the age you teach?
Six and seven-year-olds are still young and full of curiosity, but they are also becoming more independent and capable of critical thinking. I also love teaching them how to read- a skill that will stay with them the rest of their lives.

What was your proudest accomplishment as a child?
In tenth grade, I designed and sewed an eco-friendly outfit. I made it out of organic fabric and dyed it with fruit. It could be worn in multiple different ways too!
