Beit Rabban's faculty of outstanding educators shares an enthusiasm for teaching, a passion for learning, and a commitment to Judaism; they are both teachers and role models for our students. Critical to the success of our work with students is our unparalleled commitment to the intellectual life, professional development, mentoring and supervision of our faculty. We regularly engage teachers in Torah learning and facilitate their learning, collaboration and reflection as an integral aspect of their work. Our teachers are reflective and morally engaged practitioners reshaping the content and activity of Jewish day school teaching. We create a community of learning and growth for all.

Teachers and administrators who trained at Beit Rabban have gone on to leadership positions in teaching, curriculum development, administration, and consulting in day schools in the United States and abroad. Many have had formative roles in creating innovative schools across the country.
