The effort and thoughtful reflection that is asked in the application process enables us to carefully assess whether your child will thrive in the educational environment we offer, and helps us decide together whether Beit Rabban is a good match for your child and your family. The school has designed a careful and comprehensive admissions process including:
- A general family information form
- A parent questionnaire
- A questionnaire for the child's current school or program (if relevant)
- A school visit and observation with your child at Beit Rabban
- Standardized testing (for application to the elementary school only)
All application materials are due in late December. Families will be contacted as soon as possible after the receipt of the application to schedule a child's school visit and observation at Beit Rabban. This visit is a relaxed, enjoyable time, which includes both free exploration in the classroom with several other children and a structured activity.
Notification of admissions decisions are mailed in mid-February for the elementary school and early March for The Gan at Beit Rabban.
To receive an information/application packet, please contact: Director of Admissions, Molly Weingrod, at 212.595.1386 or admissions@beitrabban.org.
