Beit Rabban is a term used in classical Jewish texts for a school for young children. Rooted in these texts is our conviction that learning is a supremely valuable human endeavor. Fluency in the classical texts of our tradition combined with an exemplary multi-disciplinary education, enable children to be reflective, knowledgeable, and responsible participants in their world.

Our students learn as scholars across disciplines always have - by looking carefully and considering the meaning of what they see, by discussing, debating and making each discovery their own. They study classical texts, explore ideas across integrated curricula, investigate problems together in small groups, and study in partnership with their families. Beit Rabban is a day school that weaves together exemplary and creative practices of academic and Jewish education. The school's diverse learning community brings together families from across the Jewish denominational spectrum.
